Nintendo Wii Virtual Console games just ROMS and HTML files

The emulation brains over at 1Emulation have decrypted, and extracted and fully dumped Nintendo Wii’s Virtual Console games, they have found there are ROMS in the virtual console games and they are even playable in emulators (ex: Snes9x). Most of all, the documentation for a virtual console game that is viewable on the Nintendo Wii is just a bunch of HTML files (cheap internet paper), check out the screenshots below.

I recall someone finding this out a long time ago. I remember people asking for the Firefox plugins to view the HTML files, and they found yet to be released titles that way.
why go through all this trouble when all roms are available for download on the internet anyway?
